What I'm looking for

I am seeking permanent commercial leadership roles with a minimum annual salary of €100,000, as well as fractional and interim CRO, revenue operations and GTM mandates. My current availability for fractional engagements is two days per week. I am based in Ireland and open to suitable remote opportunities.

At Centralise, I built an Elite HubSpot partner ranked 19th worldwide in 18 months. The business reached $300k+ in monthly revenue, $4m in licensing and 100+ clients, with a 20-person team, before I exited.

At HubSpot, I worked as Team Lead / L4 Growth and achieved top 1% performance, with four President's Clubs, two Founder's Clubs and a 2021 revenue record.

As co-founder and Head of GTM at SmartRoutes, I helped reach £25k+ MRR, developed a TomTom partnership and secured £50k from InterTradeIreland. I’m a three-time founder with experience across SaaS, commercial growth, HubSpot, automation and AI.
