Cali Chea

At Toyota of Watertown, I match showroom visitors with new or used vehicles based on their budgets and transportation needs. I explain vehicle specifications and options, and coordinate test drives.

I also follow up on digital inquiries, make cold calls, and maintain client records using CRM software. I discuss pricing and trade-in values, explain financing or leasing options, and complete purchase agreements.

At Major Food Group, I oversaw dining room operations and helped guests receive attentive service. I greeted and seated customers, answered questions, resolved complaints, and managed waitstaff during service.

Earlier, at Legal Seafoods and Red Line Cafe, I supported restaurant guests and food service operations. I managed reservations in OpenTable, handled takeout orders and payments, and prepared ingredients while maintaining cleanliness and rotating stock.
