I’m looking for a team-oriented role where I can own customer success and strengthen relationships, while contributing to sales goals through lead generation, clear communication, and dependable follow-up.

I’m focused, dependable, and passionate about customer success—building rapport while turning conversations into results. I bring experience across customer service, sales, and hospitality, with a strong emphasis on responsiveness, trust, and follow-through.

Most recently, I’ve been generating leads and closing sales in a door-to-door setting at Momentum Solar by effectively pitching products and services. I’ve also developed strategic sales plans to target specific neighborhoods or demographics, resulting in increased conversion rates while providing prompt issue resolution to build a strong customer base.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a B2B Sales Representative at Tasca Ford, delivering product demonstrations and presentations that communicate clear value propositions. I managed a pipeline of leads and prospects using CRM software, attended industry conferences and trade shows to network and stay current on market trends, and provided ongoing support to maintain high customer satisfaction.

I also developed high-volume customer support skills as a Service Advisor at Gengras Volkswagen and as a Server at First & Last Tavern. From prioritizing work orders with technicians to handling guest requests and recommending options, I’m at my best when I can coordinate quickly, stay customer-focused, and keep service moving smoothly.
