What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can deliver standout guest service, support smooth operations (floor/host stand/reservations), and grow with a team—using my upselling skills, quick learning, and training experience to keep guests fully seen and accommodated.

I’m ambitiously motivated by the food/fine dining industry and driven to satisfy every guest who comes through the door. I enjoy learning quickly and being a team player, whether I’m managing the floor, serving, or supporting the guest experience as a receptionist-style first point of contact.

In my current roles, I prepare and serve made-to-order food and drinks, deliver friendly and attentive service in fast-paced environments, and consistently “go above and beyond exceeding expectations to accommodate customer needs.” I’ve also managed responsibilities like cleaning and safety standards, handling cash/credit/digital payments with accuracy, and upselling food and beverage items; additionally, I train new employees and help drive sales through product knowledge and demos.
