At Global Payments Inc., I oversee communications administration and execution for a Fortune 500 company with more than 25,000 employees. I’m the point person for a team executing 150+ monthly deliverables, and I manage targeting, proofing, and delivery.

I also own the communications platform portfolio, including Pardot, Poppulo, Vimeo, and Wrike, and have driven platform and process enhancements. I use performance reporting to inform messaging and content strategy.

At Global Payments Inc., I’m the primary owner of the company intranet and Partners Portal, including their site architecture, governance, and UI/UX. I led a complete rebrand of both platforms.

Previously at Heartland Payment Systems, I played a lead role in building its intranet and built and administered a Partners Portal for 1,500+ users. I also administered the Heartland Learning Academy, deploying 100+ courses, and trained sales representatives.
