What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead HR technology implementation, payroll transformation, automation, and international programs where I can connect teams, clients, operations, and technology to improve efficiency, compliance, engagement, and business results.

I've spent more than 20 years improving payroll operations, HR systems, and employee processes, including 12 years at ADP supporting national and international clients.

At ADP, I led HR and payroll system implementations, including SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft, and ADP integrations. I reduced manual operational effort by 65%, shortened implementation time by one month, delivered 100% compliance on SLAs and eSocial deadlines, and helped grow revenue from R$1M to R$1.5M.

I've coordinated multicultural delivery teams, facilitated client workshops and negotiations, and connected operations, product, and client stakeholders. My work also includes HR KPIs, engagement surveys, leadership development, succession planning, change management, and automation.
