I'm looking for an HR operations role where I can improve payroll, employee lifecycle, compliance, and people processes while partnering with leaders and supporting a positive employee experience.

I am an HR professional with 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, and the full employee lifecycle. I have experience with HR systems such as TOTVS, SAP, and Cordilheira, as well as HR reporting, data analysis, and process improvement.

One of my career highlights was leading the HR and Payroll integration of newly acquired schools, helping standardize processes across the organization. I am organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems and improving HR processes.
