I’m an analytical, service-driven professional with 1+ years of experience in data handling, customer insights, and CRM tools. I’ve built a strong track record of using information to support improved client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In my customer-facing role, I managed customer communications across phone, email, and chat. I analyzed customer feedback to support service improvements and resolved issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.

I also created and used predictive reports to identify customer behaviour trends, and I collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve processes. I bring a detail-oriented approach that connects data findings directly to better customer outcomes.

Alongside my work, I contribute as a Data Research and Analyst Team Member for Bio-Eco City (BEC). I conduct research on sustainability and community projects and enter vetted work into the Bio-Eco Cities database, then recommend inclusion to local non-profits for collaboration.
