I have over four (4) years' extensive experience gained consistently within the variety of administrative programmes and customer service experience.
My core functions, as an administrative officer based on my substantial work experience, have developed my communication skills in carrying out the daily activities of an office environment and the procedure regarding the staff. Also with my background in customer service I have the interpersonal skills to interact with clients/customers and get feedbacks and attend to their inquiry or complains, with this I have the ability to build a strong and trustworthy relationships based on mutual respect and regular discussions to establish and sustain professional credibility with clients in other to anticipates their need, mitigates issues and that carefully balances professional obligations with the need to be sensitive and responsive to their needs; My experience has given me an insight on how to counsel, advise, consult and guide others on matters pertaining to assigned client service responsibilities and established client service standards
I do well with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and also filing memos, analyzing data from different sources, consulting with clients on their queries, attending to multiple phone calls and emails and I can type at a high speed.
I am fluent in English language; my writing and communication skills are quite good. I take on multiple tasks and am always eager to learn new things, which makes me more efficient in my work with good leadership, this enables me get along with people easily. I have a positive attitude to work and consider myself to be highly organized and able to work under minimal amount of pressure when the need arises.
