What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Customer Service Representative position in Canada, with a preference for customer service, customer support, client success, or remote/hybrid opportunities.

At 5-CONTINENT ENTERPRISE, I manage relationships with prospective and existing customers across local and international markets. I respond to inquiries, identify customer requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.

I support onboarding, follow-ups, and retention, while maintaining customer information and sales activity in CRM systems. I also coordinate customer concerns with internal teams and prepare customer and sales reports.

Previously, at VINCI HAIR CLINIC, I communicated with clients about services and appointments, guided them through the customer journey, and coordinated with internal teams to address concerns. At GRANDVILLE MEDICAL CENTRE, I responded to healthcare service inquiries and supported client relationships across departments.

My earlier customer-facing work includes lead follow-up and customer relations at LCCI, and helping customers with financial products, loan applications, and documentation at EATONGATE CAPITAL BANK. I use Salesforce and HubSpot, alongside Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, to support customer communication and record-keeping.
