Bruno Monterosso

I’m a multilingual sales and customer service professional with experience in hospitality, outbound prospecting, and direct sales. I speak Spanish and Catalan fluently and hold a C1 English qualification.

As a hotel receptionist at Globales Maioris, a hotel with approximately 300 rooms, I handled around 55–60 check-ins per day, managed reservations, answered phone and email enquiries, processed payments, and resolved guest concerns. I also sold excursions, car rentals, room upgrades, and late check-outs, combining helpful service with identifying sales opportunities.

As an independent partner with Zinzino, I gained experience prospecting across Spanish-speaking Latin American markets, making cold calls, following up with potential customers, and handling objections. This taught me to stay motivated through rejection, adapt my communication, and build relationships with people from different backgrounds.

I’m now looking to bring these skills into a remote customer support, sales development, or business development role. I’m particularly interested in companies serving international markets where my languages and customer-facing experience can add value. I’m also developing my knowledge of HubSpot CRM.

Outside work, I’m passionate about rugby, fitness, travel, and learning languages. Playing competitive rugby and captaining youth teams have strengthened my teamwork, discipline, and ability to stay composed under pressure. I’m eager to learn, take ownership of my work, and build a long-term career with opportunities to grow.
