Product marketing manager building GTM strategy, messaging, and enablement to grow B2B and B2G revenue.
What I'm looking for
I work at the intersection of product, commercial strategy, and go-to-market, helping teams clarify what they offer, why it matters, and how to take it to market. Over eight years, I’ve built GTM frameworks from scratch, created the sales enablement infrastructure commercial teams need, and shaped product direction through market insight across B2B, B2G, and D2C environments.
Most recently, I led product marketing, positioning, and commercial growth at Mindler following the Cerebral UK acquisition. I built a company value proposition and USP architecture across six product lines, created a modular sales library for self-serve bespoke pitches, and delivered a full repositioning and relaunch of The Sandbox—driving a 30% increase in unique users, 40% increase in time on site, and 20% increase in sign-ups.
I’m especially proud of commercial outcomes: helping close £250k+ in NHS and insurer contracts with commissioner-facing propositions, decks, and sales materials; reducing customer acquisition costs by 75% through funnel optimisation and messaging experimentation; and leading £750k+ in international digital acquisition across pharma and biotech clients. I enjoy workshops and writing positioning from scratch, making complex concepts work for different audiences as companies scale, especially in tech, SaaS, and creator or culture-adjacent spaces where structure needs to be built—not inherited.
