I’m looking for a role where I can own growth and unit economics, lead cross-functional teams, and scale paid acquisition + funnels with strong P&L accountability—while building efficient systems that speed up execution.

I’m a growth and marketing leader who turns strategy into execution—building teams and systems that compound revenue. I’ve led full-funnel acquisition, improved unit economics, and owned P&L to drive consistent growth.

Most recently, I built a marketing function from scratch at an Italian F&B company in London—owning acquisition, brand, and revenue growth end to end. I led a full rebrand, raised £1M+ to fund new restaurant openings, launched online cakes delivery across London, and accelerated execution using AI-assisted workflows (Claude and ChatGPT) for research, content, and campaign planning.

Before that, I scaled a digital marketing agency as COO, driving 10x revenue growth while maintaining client growth and solid delivery. I owned P&L, improved unit economics, built multiple business units (including paid acquisition and creative), launched an internal creative studio, and implemented automated reporting across teams.

I also bring strong operations leadership—transitioning agencies to fully remote models, building HR and operational foundations, and automating financial and operational workflows with no-code tools like Make and Zapier. As one of my guiding principles, “I like things to happen. And if they don’t happen, I like to make them happen.”
