What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a bilingual customer service or customer support role where I can assist clients through phone, email, chat, and digital platforms, resolve issues with empathy, and collaborate effectively with international remote teams.

I've supported national and international clients through Bruna Martins Consulting, responding in Portuguese and English, translating corporate, legal, and academic documents, and following up on client requests.

At NTT DATA, I supported national and international stakeholders, including teams in India, through meetings, email, documentation, and request follow-up. I tracked access issues, deadlines, and pending actions while coordinating resolutions across remote teams.

My background in English teaching strengthened my ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, create useful materials, and build long-term relationships with children, teenagers, and adults.
