I’m looking to support clients and stakeholders through bilingual communication, organized workflows, and quality-focused documentation. I want a role that values clear, accurate answers, adaptability, and process-driven execution with digital collaboration tools.

I’m a bilingual customer service & support professional with several years of experience in client-facing and coordination roles, using patience and attention to detail to resolve questions and concerns clearly. I adapt my communication to different audiences, ensuring information is understood and expectations are met.

In my Lead Educator & Coordinator role, I supported students and families, managed multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, and built trust-based relationships through consistent, professional communication.
