I’m looking for a growth-focused team where I can lead forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and coaching that improves execution. I want to expand enterprise B2B accounts across territories while owning revenue growth and measurable results.

I’m a sales leader with 15+ years of experience leading regional teams, multi-location organizations, and revenue growth across manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, technology, and service industries. I focus on forecasting, pipeline management, territory growth, hiring, P&L oversight, and leadership development to improve execution consistency in performance-driven environments.

In my current role as a Senior Business Development Executive, I’m leading new business development across Central Valley SMB and mid-market accounts while driving improvements in sales structure, territory alignment, pipeline visibility, and forecasting consistency. Previously, as a District Manager, I led an 8-person regional team across the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii, Alaska, and Western Canada, owning forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, and territory performance.

I’ve delivered measurable growth across enterprise and technical B2B markets—driving 17% regional revenue growth and expanding key accounts by 12% across customers including Meta, Apple, Boeing, Stanford University, Stryker, and federal agencies. Before that, I managed a $40M+ territory portfolio across Central and Northern California, improving monthly gross profit from $25K to $45K within 18 months through pricing strategy, account expansion, and customer management.

Earlier, as a Multi-Unit Sales Director, I led sales and operational performance across six locations with full P&L responsibility and oversight of Sales Managers, Assistant Managers, and 90+ sales professionals within a business generating approximately $18M annually. I implemented accountability systems around forecasting, hiring, coaching, KPI management, and operational execution while stabilizing underperforming locations, and I’ve also built leadership experience in telecommunications, manufacturing, fintech, and building materials.
