I am a computer science graduate with hands-on experience supporting operations, IT troubleshooting, and schedule management in fast-paced environments. In roles at an athletic center and healthcare facilities, I managed full-site scheduling for dozens of employees, maintained the organization’s website, handled inventory and financial transactions, and supported patients by monitoring vitals and resolving administrative challenges. I’ve implemented new scheduling systems, trained staff, and addressed technical issues like network and printer connectivity.

I’m organized, service-oriented, and proactive about learning new systems—whether balancing staffing ratios for 44 employees, troubleshooting IT issues, or improving administrative processes to ensure smooth operations and positive user experiences.
