What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT Service Desk role where I can apply technical troubleshooting and end-user support skills while deepening my expertise in computer science and cybersecurity in a mission-driven environment.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences while building hands-on experience supporting end users, resolving everyday technical issues, and keeping operations organized.

At Owen Brown Interfaith Center, I provide administrative, technical, and customer support for staff, visitors, and customers. I troubleshoot basic computer, scheduling, and system issues remotely and in person, support audio/visual event technology, and maintain accurate records.

At Next Level Eye Care, I provided Tier 1 IT support through desk-side troubleshooting and issue resolution. I also coordinated appointments, documented messages, managed office inventory, and responded to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

I'm focused on deepening my computer science knowledge in IT support and cybersecurity, bringing clear communication, technical problem-solving, documentation, and professional end-user support to a mission-driven team.
