What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition my customer service and digital payment-processing experience into a digital banking environment, where I can support customers, learn new systems, and contribute accurate, thoughtful service.

I've worked as an independent vendor at Houston-area farmers markets since 2019, processing cash and digital payments through Square POS, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.

I handle customer questions and disputes with patience, tact, and professionalism while maintaining accurate transactions during busy market hours.

I independently manage vendor displays, inventory, customer interactions, and changing day-to-day needs with minimal supervision. Hands-on work has made me comfortable learning new digital tools and payment platforms quickly.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Arts in English at Lamar University, with a minor in Writing, and I'm looking to bring my customer service and payment-processing experience into digital banking.
