I'm looking to drive efficient client implementation within healthcare operations, using my experience in compliance, records management, SOP development, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination.

I've spent 15+ years improving compliance, records management, and operational workflows across Huntington Distribution Finance and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

At Huntington Distribution Finance, I lead SOP and template development, coordinate cross-departmental workflows, maintain SharePoint sites, and review required client documents for accuracy and compliance. I also recommend system improvements that increase productivity and automate processes.

At JPMorgan Chase & Co., I supported compliance, AML monitoring, fraud recovery, and loss-prevention operations. I analyzed domestic and international transactions, investigated potentially fraudulent credit card activity, recovered funds, and worked with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
