I’m an Administrative & Customer Service Professional with 6+ years of experience in travel services, auto claims, and contract management. I’m known for strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and delivering consistent, high-quality support while keeping daily office operations moving in fast-paced environments.

As an Insurance Claims Adjuster at CSAA Insurance, I handled high volume calls and recorded claim data, ensuring proper documentation for each claim file. I investigated and evaluated coverage, liability, and damages by analyzing medical records, contracts, police reports, repair estimates, and conducting recorded interviews to determine extent of liability.

In my clerical roles at Tesla and across my customer service leadership at Sutherland Global Services (AIRBNB), I managed documentation, billing, and payments, including service work order requests and payment setup assistance.
