I'm looking to lead and improve learning, onboarding, leadership development, and talent programs where I can turn business needs into measurable employee experiences.

At Nordstrom, I manage enterprise onboarding, leadership development, learning operations, and program measurement—from project intake and pilots through implementation and continuous improvement. I’ve supported Welcome to Nordstrom, Manager Essentials, Workforce Management learning, and bi-weekly New Hire Orientation for 30–100 corporate employees.

I also improved Everything DiSC operations and Catalyst data hygiene, advancing approximately 70% migration to a new platform while increasing HRBP self-service.
