At Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, I create and deliver learning modules, interactive curriculum, practice exercises, and pre/post-assessments for diverse learner cohorts.

I mentor new hires and existing personnel through targeted 1:1 coaching, feedback loops, workshops, and instructional alignment meetings. I partner with administration to identify skill gaps, improve knowledge management, and deliver refresher training that supports performance and engagement.

Previously, at Charlotte Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates, I facilitated corporate onboarding and technical software training while serving as a subject matter expert and mentor. I bring more than a decade of experience in curriculum development, learning evaluation, workflow documentation, and structured onboarding.
