At ABC Legal Services, I lead talent development and People initiatives during growth from about 400 to 900+ employees. I manage a five-person team and partner with leaders on manager development, performance practices, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and scalable talent programs.

I’ve built manager capability for 85+ leaders through coaching, training, feedback guidance, structured evaluation, role clarity, and practical resources. I also created a Customer Success-to-Account Management-to-Sales career pathway to give employees a clearer path for growth.

I use employee feedback, stay interviews, workforce trends, hiring data, and new-hire success patterns to identify gaps and improve the employee experience. My work includes performance-review cycles, talent discussions, calibration, succession-planning inputs, internal mobility, and cross-functional change initiatives.

Earlier, I supported workforce strategy for a Puerto Rico expansion involving 120+ hires, talent programs in reproductive healthcare, manufacturing recruiting, and HR operations. I bring practical experience with UKG, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Excel, HRIS data, onboarding, learning programs, and manager enablement.
