Senior Learning & Development professional with 12+ years of experience across BPO training operations, corporate sales management, and business development. I currently serve as a Learning Delivery Supervisor and Acting Training Manager, leading a regional team of 25 trainers and owning the end-to-end onboarding journey for 5,000+ new hires per cycle across 16+ client accounts.

I’m known for translating operational challenges into structured learning solutions—designing onboarding and sustained KPI performance through robust curriculum architecture, trainer development, and 30-60-90 day learning path strategy. I continuously measure impact using eNPS, and drive improvements tied to CSAT/ASAT performance and client outcomes.

On the operations side, I manage multi-site coordination and performance ramp-ups, launch accounts from zero, and lead corrective actions using root-cause analysis and SMART methodology. I also strengthen client trust through direct reporting on training compliance metrics, nesting performance, and continuous improvement plans.

I bring a sales-oriented mindset to learning delivery and talent strategy, implementing CEFR-based filters and project-oriented interview frameworks to improve hire quality. I use AI for video production, image generation, and content creation to increase trainer efficiency, and I apply Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) to keep learning and operational execution moving in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
