At AloricaPanamaCity, I lead and mentor a team of 15 agents, working to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and CSAT Customer scores.

I analyze performance data to identify trends and provide targeted coaching that supports team efficiency and individual growth.

I implement creative digital solutions to streamline customer interactions and reduce average handle time. I also serve as a primary point of escalation, resolving complex customer issues with a focus on retention and brand loyalty.

As a Business Innovation student, I’m studying digital business, entrepreneurship, and innovation, and I’m interested in applying emerging business models and digital solutions to real-world business challenges.
