What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build businesses, develop people, strengthen operations, and create trusted communities through relationship-driven leadership, strategic partnerships, customer success, and sustainable growth.

I co-founded Women of the World Panama and grew it from approximately 70 members into a trusted community of more than 600 women across Panama.

As its Community Director and sole administrator for several years, I lead engagement, policies, partnerships, regional groups, and sensitive member matters while creating opportunities for networking, mentorship, and collaboration.

I've also built and operated a roofing and contracting business, led customer success and operations teams, and coached 20 to 30 remote fundraising agents through real-time guidance, training, and confidence building.

Most recently, I’ve helped small and mid-sized businesses improve local visibility, lead generation, Google Business Profiles, website strategy, and sustainable growth. I lead by investing in people, strengthening relationships, and creating environments where businesses, teams, and communities can thrive together.
