I’m looking for a role where I can troubleshoot technical issues, support customers through clear communication, and help drive retention with thoughtful upselling—ideally with a team that values accuracy, fast problem-solving, and continuous learning.

I provide technical support by managing remote diagnostics and provisioning to resolve service outages for connectivity equipment. I handle multiple technical chat streams at once while documenting account notes accurately, and I look for retention and upselling opportunities to increase feature adoption and reduce churn.
