Delivered complex international Oracle Cloud Infrastructure projects including new data center builds, network augmentations, and firewall and FastConnect software. Managed multiple cross-functional engineering teams to deliver million-dollar projects billable directly to the customer.

Managed 20+ US-based and offshore direct reports across two scrum teams owning the payments experience used by millions of cardmembers. Quantified lost payment attempts and justified building Store and Forward, which has captured over $153 million across 56,000+ payments.

Led demand response and cross-departmental efforts, supporting the Connected Home team on Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and testing. Led the intranet homepage redesign and content migration, and drove organizational change management.

Owned SEO, content strategy, design, marketing, social media, and server administration for the two-time award-winning AZGFD.gov portal, driving 13.6M+ pageviews per year. Grew email subscribers 25% and social following by 11,000, and drove 2M+ web video views through integrated campaigns.
