At Equity Lifestyle Properties, I support sales and marketing teams in driving occupancy growth, rental revenue, and portfolio performance through lead generation, prospect engagement, and data-driven reporting.

I build relationships with 30 to 50 prospects daily and manage CRM data for hundreds of leads to identify market opportunities, optimize outreach, and strengthen conversion. I also develop daily and weekly sales dashboards that help teams monitor performance, improve prospect coverage, and make informed decisions.

I create sales training programs, onboarding resources, and outreach templates, while coaching team members on lead management and customer engagement practices. I collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations leadership to improve productivity and support revenue, occupancy, and customer satisfaction goals.

Previously at Sunbelt Rentals, I managed customer credit and collections processes, resolved disputed invoices, reviewed account creditworthiness, and coordinated lien-release and construction documentation.
