I'm currently supporting recruitment operations across five HCA Florida Healthcare hospitals, partnering with C-suite leaders, clinical leadership, department directors, managers, and candidates.

I manage full-cycle physician and APP recruitment, supporting 60–70+ provider placements to date and a high-volume pipeline of new physicians. I also coordinate interviews, travel, tours, dinners, onboarding, reporting, and executive-ready presentations.

Previously, I supported the CEO and C-suite at Mission Health Communities, managing complex calendars, travel, communications, executive meetings, and operational projects for 7–10 executives. At KnowBe4, I supported the CHRO in a global organization of approximately 7,000 employees and handled confidential HR operations and candidate processes.

Across executive support, project management, and talent acquisition, I bring discretion, sound judgment, organization, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
