I am a psychology graduate from the University of Louisville with a strong minor in communications and a 3.8 cumulative GPA. My academic background includes training in conflict resolution, customer satisfaction, and experience with Microsoft Excel and Teams.

Professionally, I have progressive operations and HR experience at United Parcel Service, including roles as Package Handler & Trainer, Employee Retention Specialist, and Operations Supervisor overseeing 20+ employees. I have led onboarding, documentation review, and retention initiatives that improved employee satisfaction and reduced turnover.

I also bring experience in public-facing roles as a fashion model with Cosmo Modeling, where I manage event logistics, budgeting, and runways while maintaining strong time management and communication skills. I regularly teach workplace policy classes to incoming employees.

I am organized, detail-oriented, and effective both individually and in teams. I seek roles in behavioral health, HR, or administrative support where I can apply my interpersonal, documentation, and operational strengths to improve employee experience and organizational performance.
