Brett Kahlow
@brettkahlow
I coordinate executive operations for high-stakes defense research programs.
What I'm looking for
At Amentum supporting NSWC Crane, I manage executive operations for a $1B+ defense research program, including calendars, domestic and international travel, briefings, action items, and secure records.
I plan quarterly conferences for 30–50 attendees with SES-level officials and defense executives, managing logistics, agendas, technical support, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. I also oversee weekly-report submissions to OUSD R&E and provide copy-editing for internal and public-release documents.
Previously, I led administrative operations for the Trident II (D5LE2) program and supervised linens distribution at IU Health. I bring disciplined coordination, secure communication practices, and reliable travel, event, and records management.
