I've supported engineering executives at Hughes Network Systems for more than 25 years, partnering with the EVP/CTO, Senior Vice Presidents of Engineering, and most recently the SVP of Engineering.

I manage complex calendars, priority scheduling, executive travel, expense reporting, budget tracking, organizational reporting, presentations, briefing materials, and leadership communications. I also prepared and distributed the company-wide Engineering Newsletter and maintained rosters, reporting structures, organization charts, and labor-rate data to support planning and decision-making.

Earlier at IBM Corporation, I supported Vice Presidents and senior management teams through executive scheduling, communications, payroll, budgets, reporting, and high-level briefing logistics.

I'm known for discretion, sound judgment, organizational discipline, and bringing structure and follow-through to high-volume executive operations. I've also supervised administrative teams and coordinated a mentor program for new graduate hires.
