I’m a customer enrollment and collections specialist with 20 years of experience helping clients move forward confidently. In my current role at Americor, I assist inbound transfer calls from Affiliate partners to enroll customers in the debt relief program, guide clients throughout their duration, and communicate through phone and email. I educate customers by knowing the products inside and out, while also acknowledging and resolving complaints.
