I’m a dedicated, customer-focused professional with over 15 years of experience in customer service, client relations, banking, sales support, and administrative coordination. I consistently deliver exceptional service in fast-paced environments while staying calm, professional, and empathetic.

I’m known for resolving customer concerns efficiently—handling high-volume inquiries, de-escalating difficult situations, and managing end-to-end requests in line with company policies. I navigate internal databases, CRM platforms, and proprietary systems to access information, accurately document interactions, and maintain confidentiality.

In my banking role, I managed complex account-related issues, investigated escalated complaints, and served as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely resolution. I also educated customers on banking products and services, translating their needs into practical solutions.
