I'm looking for a remote or flexible role in customer support, virtual assistance, administration, or operations. I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and keeping processes organized. I’m a Customer Support and Operations professional with 5+ years of experience resolving customer inquiries, guiding sales for Microsoft products, and delivering high-quality service in KPI-driven environments. I support Microsoft 365 and Azure users with account management, subscriptions, licensing, and product activation.

In my current role as a Sales Consultant for Microsoft products, I analyze and validate operational data using Power BI to support reporting accuracy and performance monitoring. I collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency, while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.

Alongside customer service work, I’ve built strong communication, organization, and problem-solving habits through teaching English to elementary and young learners. Today, I’m comfortable working independently or with remote teams, and I’m eager to bring my support and operational mindset to remote or on-site roles.
