At Techceramic, I maintain the full hardware park, file servers, peripheral devices, CCTV systems, user accounts, company email, and access controls that support manufacturing operations.
I troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, software, and hardware issues, build custom PC configurations, and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support through research and technical documentation. I also manage daily operations and performance monitoring for a 300 kWp photovoltaic plant, including data loggers, inverter replacement, and monthly energy-production reports.
Previously, at Integrated Micro-Electronics, I supported quality assurance in electronics manufacturing by analyzing technical defects, preparing quality reports, and working with production teams on technical standards.
My earlier product engineering work at Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE included managing technical documentation and production specifications for automotive cable systems, optimizing processes, and working with technical drawings and engineering data.
