What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time B2B customer support role aligned with long-term goals, ideally remote but open to on-site. I want ownership, fast problem-solving, clear communication, and a chance to keep growing into data and IT-adjacent work.

I’m a B2B customer support professional with four years at one US-facing company, growing from frontline phone support into an internal IT administrator and data analyst role. I’m used to daily voice and email communication with US business customers, resolving urgent issues end-to-end under time pressure.

In IT, I became the sole point of contact for internal support, handling most hardware, software, and access issues the same day. I administered Google Workspace at admin level—user provisioning, groups and permissions, shared drives, and 2-step verification—while maintaining security hygiene and keeping the office network and workstations running.

I also built operational reporting that turned logistics data into actionable dashboards in Google Sheets. I cleaned and cross-referenced data from multiple internal sources so managers and dispatchers could trust the numbers and act quickly.

Earlier, as a Roadside Support Coordinator, I owned each customer case end-to-end for urgent mechanical breakdowns and on-road emergencies, adapting instead of following scripts and escalating only when genuinely necessary. I’m currently freelancing while searching for a full-time customer support role aligned with long-term goals.
