What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, endpoint administration, application engineering, or frontend role where I can solve real user problems, work across enterprise platforms and applications, use AI-assisted engineering responsibly, and continue growing through cross-team collaboration.

At Teleperformance, I provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for more than 1,000 users and approximately 5,000 devices, resolving hardware, software, identity, network, and enterprise application issues.

I administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, ServiceNow, and Windows endpoints. I've supported E3-to-F3 licence migration, Cisco AnyConnect and Okta/MFA rollout, device onboarding, BitLocker compliance, and troubleshooting across DNS, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and IP configuration.

Before enterprise IT, I built responsive websites and web applications for xGate, Nextsense, and Yacero using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Drupal, and GitHub. I translated client requirements into practical UI improvements for organisations including Sparkasse, UniBanka, and Makedonski Telekom.

I'm also building PawPals with React Native, Expo, and Firebase, and have delivered Power BI analytics and Django and Spring Boot application projects. I use generative AI thoughtfully for requirements breakdown, prototyping, debugging, testing, review, and documentation, validating outputs through hands-on testing and domain knowledge.
