In my TAP Supervisor role, I oversaw operational tasks and helped build a collaborative team culture. I delegated responsibilities, trained incoming associates and reeducated current associates on store standards, and communicated effectively with management through emails and day-to-day insights.

I also drive improvements through process improvement, inventory management, and execution—handling opening/closing operations, cash handling, and POS proficiency. From customer retention and relationship building to conflict de-escalation and LGBTQ+ cultural competency, I focus on creating a calm, welcoming experience while strengthening performance through consistent visual merchandising and marketing execution.
