What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations leadership role where I can lead fast-paced teams, manage inventory and cash responsibly, and deliver excellent customer service. I want opportunities to grow, run schedules and operations confidently, and support my team to succeed.

I’m an Operations Supervisor with a strong focus on leading in a fast-paced environment while keeping guest experience at the center. I supervise and direct over 30 crew, and I’ve learned how to listen, understand situations, and respond in the most helpful way possible.

In my current role, I manage cash handling, inventory, orders, and deliveries, and I support HR and scheduling. I’ve grown from handling my own workload into truly stepping into leadership—directing tasks while still staying on top of the details that keep operations running smoothly.

Before this, I worked as a Crew Lead, building hands-on maintenance experience and focusing on building upkeep, including large seat cover work. Earlier roles as a Barista and Retail Associate strengthened my customer service fundamentals, drive-thru/POS experience, and inventory and order-handling skills—skills I bring into operational leadership every day.
