What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own HR operations end-to-end—Sage HR or similar system improvements, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations—while also strengthening day-to-day operations. I work best with autonomy, clear priorities, and measurable outcomes.

I’m an Operations and HR professional with 8+ years of experience across corporate, consulting, and service environments. I lead HR system implementations, manage multi-function teams, and deliver cost efficiencies on complex projects.

I run operations independently—budgeting, vendor management, payroll coordination, and compliance—with a calm, solutions-first approach. I’m comfortable working autonomously in fully remote environments.

In my most recent role, I’ve achieved major impact: I reduced HR administrative workload by 100% through end-to-end Sage HR implementation, including system migration, onboarding, and training. I also drove a 60% cost saving on an office relocation by negotiating leases and using Excel-based feasibility analysis for senior leadership.
