At BrightSparkz Tutors, I manage end-to-end tutor recruitment, from screening and interviewing to onboarding and placement. I work with Learning Consultants to understand tutor requirements and coordinate compliance documents, contracts, and police clearance verification.
I also handle tutor remuneration administration, including placement payments and rate adjustments, and serve as a point of contact for payment queries. Alongside this, I coordinate internal recruitment and create recruitment communications.
At Amazon, I resolved customer enquiries across multiple channels, investigating account and order information to find appropriate resolutions. I managed case queues and followed up on issues through to resolution.
Previously, at Johsham Group Networks, I coordinated employee onboarding and supported full-cycle recruitment. I also processed invoicing and reconciliations, supported an in-house application’s development and testing, and helped improve administrative workflows.
