Owned the cloud and server infrastructure portfolio, including requirements gathering, estimation, roadmap, and migration/risk/quality control. Led a 60+ person team and scaled infrastructure to 8 data centers with 50,000+ VMs, enabling zero data-loss or irreversible VM failures and reducing time-to-market by 2 weeks.

Drove product development for internal infrastructure management tooling, managing stakeholders, cost control, hiring, and roadmap. Introduced Scrum and Kanban workflows and created product artifacts (CJM, USM, Canvas).

Led IT infrastructure development for Yandex Market, including the launch of two sorting centers. Managed end-to-end IT delivery from design through go-live, delivering an MVP in 1 month.

Managed a portfolio of 5 concurrent IT projects and led teams of up to 10, including a 300-staff office relocation with zero work disruption. Migrated the server room to a Tier III provider data center and implemented ITSM/SLAs, raising user satisfaction to 95% and improving equipment acceptance to recover several million rubles in VAT.

Ran the IT department and teams of up to 130 across business systems, infrastructure, PMO, and user support. Owned IT strategic planning and budgeting, including replacing the Diasoft Flextera core banking platform, rolling out Microsoft Dynamics CRM and IBM QRadar SIEM, and improving disaster recovery with VMware ESXi 6 + VMware Move (restoration from 2 days to 20 minutes).

Ensured uptime of core banking systems and led a team of up to 80. Upgraded the Bifit bank-client system and centralized its use to reduce incidents, while improving Oracle 9 database performance.

Developed IT infrastructure strategy for the Skolkovo innovation center and the Virtual Skolkovo program. Selected and launched ERP, ECM, BPM, CRM, and PM systems to support large-scale construction projects and contributed to the Smart City concept.

Managed IT projects and led a team of up to 4 across portfolio companies, including Mechanicus and NGT-M. Coordinated IT project delivery across the portfolio organization.

Contributed to enterprise client engagements as systems architect, deal manager, and project manager, including disaster recovery on Tandem servers and a zero-loss transactions architecture for CBRF RTGS. Also supported backup data center architecture and managed subcontractors during delivery.

Built the bank’s IT team from scratch and led implementation of key infrastructure and business projects. Implemented electronic document management, online banking, network domain structure, antivirus protection, and organization-wide IP VPN, and oversaw treasury, data warehouse, and account management systems.

Ensured reliable IT operations for the Moscow office and coordinated firm-wide IT projects. Delivered initiatives including a migration from Mac to PC and Lotus Notes database development, and coordinated W2K migration, XTND, and Zenworks activities.

Studied general medicine/biomedicine at Russian State Medical University starting in 1998.
