I’m a goal-oriented, results-driven Senior IT Project Manager with 13+ years delivering system integration and mission-critical infrastructure programs. I lead end-to-end lifecycles—drafting technical specifications and RFPs, shaping procurement and tender strategy, supervising vendors, and coordinating cross-functional teams to go from design to operational BAU.

In my current role, I lead large-scale import substitution initiatives to meet critical information infrastructure (CII) security requirements, replacing legacy networking equipment with approved domestic alternatives within a 4-month window and staying within the stated budget constraints. I’ve also driven wireless access point replacement within 6 months and completed a 1-year WMS migration for ~200 users, substantially mitigating compliance and licensing risks while reducing network-related warehouse downtime.
