What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex technology transformation, product, PMO, or risk-management initiatives where I can build strong cross-functional teams, improve governance, and deliver measurable outcomes for business stakeholders.

I've delivered large-scale technology transformation programs for Sberbank, UniCredit Bank, and Alfa-Bank, spanning SAP migration, enterprise data warehousing, regulatory reporting, CRM, and system integration.

At Sberbank, I led the migration of core procurement functionality from SAP to an in-house React, Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL platform, delivering approximately six months ahead of schedule on a budget of around €5M. I built and led three cross-functional teams of more than 30 FTEs and introduced Scrum and Kanban practices to improve delivery, quality control, and backlog management.

I've also built PMO risk governance for a 70+ project portfolio, prepared decision-making materials for Management and Supervisory Boards, and delivered risk data marts supporting Basel II/III compliance. I'm IPMA Level C certified and bring a systems-engineering foundation to complex financial-services programs.
