I seek a collaborative role focused on onboarding and enablement where I can build training, streamline processes, and drive measurable product adoption.

I am an onboarding and implementation manager who builds clear workflows, documentation, and training to accelerate client adoption and success. I partner closely with sales, product, and engineering to capture and share knowledge that reduces friction for customers.

Throughout my career I have created playbooks, training decks, and outcome reports for large partner networks and led onboarding and integration sessions to ensure smooth launches. I use CRM and knowledge tools to monitor progress and translate data into actionable improvements.
