Looking for a role that leverages my client-facing onboarding expertise to drive revenue retention and drive adoption rates, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

I fight hard to help clients realize the value that good software brings to their team. I push for streamlined and easy web processes ensuring efficiency, usability, and value in the planned solution.

For more than 10 years I've reviewed, analyzed, researched, documented, communicated, onboarded and deployed incredible projects for teams like Yelp! Ticketmaster, Zeiss Sports Optics, The Clorox Company, Stanford University and Harvard.

My superskill is being able to ramp up with complex software configurations and then translate and teach procedures to non-technical users.

Now, I'm shooting for a position in Customer Success, so I can continue advocating for clients with these strategies:

* Empower users with features and tips they may be overlooking

* Show value in gathering metrics to identify gaps and strengths in the software they depend on

* Communicate frequently and timely with changes that will impact the client workflow
