I’m a program & operations manager with 10+ years across accelerator programs, professional membership organizations, and workforce development initiatives. I design the execution infrastructure that keeps multi-workstream programs running predictably—operational rhythms, progress tracking, stakeholder reporting, and automated workflows that eliminate manual effort.

Most recently, I’m managing a government-funded program from zero to live delivery, including external employer outreach, pipeline management, and grant milestone reporting. I built the full foundation—website, analytics stack (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel), a two-stage registration pipeline, segmented email nurture, and Twilio SMS delivery—then drove phase 1 market research using 70+ job postings and a 47-respondent workforce survey.

Previously at Avatar Innovations, I owned the full participant lifecycle end-to-end and replaced manual scheduling with automated Zapier workflows across HubSpot, Tally, Mighty Networks, Doodle, Zoom, Outlook, and SMS notifications. I also created complex application workflows (including automated PDF generation and anonymization for review panels), built SOPs and templates, and reduced repeat questions—cutting reporting time from ~12 hours/week to ~3, and estimating 60%+ less manual administrative effort.

Before that, at SPE International, I progressed from coordinating a local section in Calgary to overseeing membership program delivery, retention, growth, and volunteer operations across multiple regions and 150+ entities. I’m an independent, low-ego operator who works best with clear outcomes and room to build, and I use tools (including AI-assisted steps) to accelerate planning and communications without compromising judgment.
